Investment Criteria

Hornig Capital Partners, LLC (HCP) seeks to acquire investments in the New York Metropolitan Area and South Florida. HCP focuses on opportunistic and value-add cash flowing deals that involve re- development and/or repositioning. Additionally, HCP seeks Co-GP opportunities to invest alongside existing property owners or other General Partners. HCP is currently seeking new investments for properties which fit the following criteria:

Property Types: Multi-family, Office, Industrial

Deal Type: Opportunistic, Value-Add

Project Types: Redevelopment, Repositions, Covered Land, Non-Performing Notes, Loan Workouts

Deal Size: $10M - $250M

Markets: New York Metropolitan Area, South Florida

Investment Strategy: To acquire or partner for well-located properties with the potential for capital appreciation and risk-adjusted returns

Hold-Period: Flexible
